Marina View is a beautiful two bedroom, mid-Victorian house originally constructed in 1875 within a 1 minute walk of the village centre and the foot and car ferries across to Dartmouth.  Guests enjoy a fantastic view from the property across Dartmouth and the River Dart. The view is a constant source of interest with the boat yard, marina and steam railway below, as well as a wide variety of river traffic.

Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange for a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Deliveries are available Mon – Sat 7am – 6pm, unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
