The views extend down to the sea where gannets feed and dolphins and seals have been spotted. The bungalow enjoys a peaceful setting in a quiet part of Brixham between the centre and the Berry Head Nature Reserve, where sweeping cliff top walks and views can be enjoyed. Both are within a 20 minute walk. There are sea views across the bay, while a path leads down to Breakwater Beach. Living InformationLarge living/dining room is a great focal point in the house with full width patio window and doors opening out onto the sea view and the garden. There are 3 and 2 seater sofas along with occasional furniture and a telescope in the window. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player, video player, and Sky TV. Kitchen InformationKitchen The kitchen has a large serving hatch through to the living/dining room, allowing views of the sea.
