The Marcy 40kg Dumbell Kit is aimed at those who are maybe a little stronger than beginners and need between 10 and 10kg on each dumbell. If you have a regular workout regime using dumbells you should find yourself gradually getting stronger as time progresses. The 40kg kit takes this into account.

A great set of dumbbells for the home. The combination of weights allow for many weights between 2kg and 20kg. For most people this is more than adequate and for those that require extra weight you can simply get extra plates. The spinlock collars are really good too. Easy to get on and off and tighten really well. The only improvement (in my opinion) would be rubber handles so I wouldn't scratch my wedding ring.
