7-10 days – The item is in stock at one of our stores, or available for quick dispatch from our suppliers (according to their latest information). The item will be requested back to our warehouse, or ordered from our supplier as soon as you place your order and should be in stock at our warehouse in 7-10 days.

10-14 Days – The Item is in stock at our suppliers (according to their latest information) The item will be requested from our supplier as soon as you place your order and should be in stock with us in 10-14 days.

Due xx/xx/xx - Our supplier has given us a date when they expect to be able to supply the item to us. If you place an order, we will in turn place this with the supplier immediately.
