Giving wine to your dad for a special occasion is all well and good but it's hardly original, is it? In terms of inventiveness it's right up there with socks, bath salts and book vouchers. But most dads love the occasional tipple. So wouldn't it be good if you could give the old man a bottle of quality vino with a little bit of a twist.
Well thanks to The Daddy Wine Puzzle you can do exactly that because this nifty gift comprises a top quality bottle of Castillo de Anna Gran Reserva 2000, from our friends at Virgin Wines, encased within the jaws of one of our fist-clenchingly annoying Don't Break the Bottle puzzles.
The Deluxe
These fiendish wooden contraptions are guaranteed to amuse and infuriate, as their seemingly impenetrable embrace can only be released via a decent dollop of lateral thinking - there's much more to 'em than simply untangling a mess of balls, blocks and cord. Dad won't know whether to thank you, throttle you or beg for the solution.
Both Standard and Deluxe versions fit any bottle with a 3.3cm diameter neck. And once dear pater has solved his he can use it again and again to imprison other unsuspecting bottles. If dad's lateral thinking isn't up to the challenge the solution is provided in an envelope in the pack. Cheat, cheat, cheat!
Have your own message printed on the card!
Because of the infuriating nature of this product we've decided to allow all you malevolent offspring to add a personalised message to your puzzle. Simply fill in the form when ordering and we'll make sure your message is printed on the included gift card. Upon delivery dad may titter at your twisted sense of humour, but after a few failed attempts he'll be pulling faces worthy of the Hulk attempting to change a wheel. Still, dads love a decent challenge. Don't they?

I received this gift for father's day and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of solving the puzzle of opening it. Just because it took me almost 4 hours (yes. . That was with the solution instructions!) I bear your company no malice...honestly. I would like to suggest however, that as I appeared a total prat in front of all my nearest and dearest. . You could compensate me, by way of next father's day, you recommend to my kids that they splash out and send me on the '2 for 1 Honda Powerboat Experience'. Cheers!

Bought this for my Sister-in-law and hubby's anniversary. They did it in less than half an hour. I thought it would take her MUCH longer than that! Just show's what desperate alcoholics they are!
They still said it was the best present they ever had though!
