The 'Diamond' Acoustics are constructed from with a composite 'oval' back with a highly figured maple veneer over a spruce top. This semi-shallow body design makes the Diamond Acoustics an excellent choice as a live stage guitar which in conjunction with the 4-Band active circuit make this acoustic/electric very 'feedback resistant' even at high volumes! The Elite version adds an upscale elegance with the abalone binding.
