The compact size and ergonomic shape of this compass make it easy to carry. It's also very easy to use, which makes it a good first compass for trainee navigators. There are clear north/south settings, two degree intervals on the bearing scale and a declination scale inside the capsule. The map measuring scales are 1:25,000, 1:50,000 and in millimetres. Size 7.5 x 5cm, supplied with a lanyard.
