In the 1970's Friedrich and Ernio Berti resigned from one of Italy's major espresso machine manufacturers. They believed that the world is ready for a coffee revolution - a commercial quality, domestic espresso coffee machine.
Starting at the very end of the process (the perfect cup of coffee), Ennio worked back to create the ultimate espresso machine. Everything about it is meticulously designed. The boiler is constructed using a lead free brass end plate to increase thermal retention. The thermo siphon system is completely reconfigured. Cool touch steam and water wands are incorperated.
While other manufacturers reduce thier production costs with cheaper parts and cutting corners, Giotto is built with commercial grade components regardless of cost. Handbulit & beautiful the Giotto from Rocket espresso will undoubtedly become a true classic.
