I'm a good dancer and I know most of the routines, but even knowing that I find it a bit difficult the way they teach,you need to be a machine to learn it. And the worse is that their salsa or samba routines hasn't got anything to do with the real latin dances.

Originally bought this dvd after reading (drop a dress size) review . Have just done dvd for the first time and thought it was perfect . I have no dance experience but lots of aerobic so feel that i was half way there !Leg muscles aching and arms too but i feel great !!

I got bought this dvd for xmas and only just got round to opening it. Was really looking forward to it after using other dvds such as Davina. I could not believe how complicated the dance moves were and Im afraid after much perseverance I gave up. I just found it so hard to take it all in and then after watching the instructions, trying to follow the routine was so difficult. Im sure others may disagree but for me its one thats going to end up in the back of the cupboard Im afraid.
