SteveF: The trial is generally 60 days. Unfortunately we can't downgrade any laptops with vista home premium or home basic although if contact Acer, they may be able to supply the drivers to do this yourself.

Matt: A 1.85Ghz processor is easily capable of playing a DVD, if it struggles then there is problem somewhere else in the system. You cant really upgrade them though like you can in a Desktop PC.

SteveF: You will need some internet security but as long as you are wifi ready at home, the laptop will connect straight away.

SteveF: You will have too hard drives showing when you look in - my computer. The smaller one is the recovery partition.

david s: Your right this isnt a gaming laptop, and yes they do. Have you considered the 6920 or 30 or even the 8920 or 30, and the 5920g and 5520g machines??

Easycom: Vista now works fine. There is also due a service pack out which will fix all the bugs you have been hearing about.
