With Sumvision's Speed Plug you can turn the existing electric wires in your home or office into a high-speed network. You don't have to install network cables and be annoyed with cables trailing through your house - just use your building's existing mains wiring network!

Just plug into a 3-pin wall power socket, connect your Ethernet-equipped device using the included network cable and you've turned your whole house into a network infrastructure! Attach more computers to the network by simply plugging them into the power sockets in the house, via the Speed Plug.

Once your computers are connected to the network, they can share resources like printers and storage space, and all kinds of files - music, digital pictures, and documents. With up to 85Mbps data rates, you can run streaming video and VoIP applications plus you can also share your Internet connection. Making a home or office network has never been so easy!

Excellent Value
Bought two of these adapters to support a university computing project. One was plugged into a main building and the other in an outer building and worked perfectly. They are zero configuration devices and worked straight off the bat by just plugging them in and wiring them into the network. Excellent product and very easy to setup. Although they are at the cheapest I have seen it would be better if the cost was in line with current wireless 'G' adapters, I am sure this would certainly boost the uptake of these devices as the price is still to steep.
